Terms and conditions
The responsibility for all information published on the website www.cpirezidence.cz (hereinafter the “Website”) is borne by the company CPI Services, a.s., ID No.: 28474651, with its registered office at Purkyňova 2121/3, 110 00 Praha 1, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. B 14758, as the operator of the Website (hereinafter the “Operator”).
The terms and conditions for users of the Website (hereinafter the “User Terms”) are as follows:
The operator and owner of the Website www.cpirezidence.cz is the Operator.
These User Terms are issued by the Operator for the purpose of familiarizing the public with the manner of use and the terms and conditions of the Website.
It is prohibited to interfere in any way in the content and technical substance of the Website without the Operator's consent. Only the Operator has the authority to decide on changes to the Website.
The Operator may condition access to some of the information provided on the Website upon the provision of the user's personal data. In such case, the Operator shall handle such data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended.
The User Terms of the Website are valid and effective as of the date of their publication.
All information and data, including visualizations, provided on the Website is for informational purposes only.
The visualisations, graphic representations and content descriptions do not constitute a precise representation of the construction of the project or the apartments and are only an indicative representation, which may be subject to changes in the future. Only the contractual documentation is considered to be a binding basis for implementation.
All content on the project website, including the purchase price including VAT, does not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract (reservation contract, future purchase contract or purchase contract, as the case may be) for the purchase of the units advertised therein. The purchase prices listed here are indicative prices, the company CPI Services, a.s. reserves the right to change the purchase price. The purchase price will be bindingly agreed by concluding a contract (reservation contract, future purchase contract or purchase contract, as the case may be).
By completing and submitting the form, I am making a non-binding inquiry to receive more information about the subject of the inquiry and I do not make any pre-reservation or reservation of the selected apartment unit, commercial unit or family house. The request for more information does not oblige me or any other person to sign any contract or entitle me to demand the conclusion of any contract, in particular a reservation contract, a future purchase contract or a purchase contract. I acknowledge and agree that a “pre-booking” (i.e. a non-binding reservation with a validity of 5 days) is not validly made until the seller confirms to me in writing or by email that the pre-booking has been made. For a binding reservation, a personal meeting with the seller and the conclusion of a written reservation contract is required.
Only the Operator is entitled to change or amend the Terms.
