The project is set in a strip of existing greenery that flows into Palmovka Park. It is flanked on one side by the existing construction of apartment buildings. A south-facing outdoor atrium with water areas, landscaped greenery, a play area for children, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace, serving as a place for residents to relax and gather, adds to the pleasant atmosphere.
