About the project
The Slunečný vršek residential complex is located in Prague Hostivař in the close vicinity of the green area near the Hostivař water dam. A total of 1154 residential units were built in four stages, the last stage was completed in 2016. The project remembers everything that must not be missing for a comfortable and active life. In the area you will find sports facilities, lots of greenery, services and a kindergarten. In 2007, the complex was awarded as the best realized planting work.
Plenty of greenery
The atmosphere is underlined by the rich greenery of the area, which creates quiet park relaxation zones. Climbing plants have also been used as an integral part of the building facades.
Activities for kids and adults
There is a mini-golf course, a basketball and volleyball court, a tennis wall, a climbing wall, a u-ramp and a pétanque court.
All civic amenities
The project is designed with the needs of its inhabitants, who will find a hypermarket, restaurant, café, wine shop, newsagent and even a kindergarten on site.
