About the project
The reconstruction and extension of the original apartment building into a modern and more luxurious housing created a total of 28 apartments in sizes from 1kk to 4kk with a total floor area of 42 to 119 m2. In the originally unused attic of the house we also built 3 brand new above-standard attic apartments.
Higher standard design of apartments
The standard of the apartments used wooden double-layered floors, veneer doors and large-format tiles with designer sanitary ware.
Cellar for each apartment
In the basement of the house, residents have at their disposal cellars with sizes ranging from 2.7 m² to 9.5 m².

With great transport accessibility and all amenities on site.
