We obtained a valid zoning decision for the zahraďák 17 project in hostivař, Prague
The planned Zahraďák 17 Residential Complex on the border of the city districts of Prague 10 and 15 received a valid zoning decision. Gradually, in several implementation stages, a new residential area will be built here with approximately 1,000 new quality apartments with layouts from 1+kk to large 4+kk.
The area of the former Praga factory complex near the Hostivař reservoir is a place with extraordinary potential for transformation into a full-fledged city district. It will be built to provide maximum all-round comfort and variability in terms of movement and permeability for pedestrians. The complex will be designed for housing the widest age and social spectrum. For individuals and childless couples of all ages as well as for the needs of full-fledged family living, including above-standard apartments near the park in the south-eastern part of the territory. Within the area, there will also be several playgrounds, sports fields, and civic amenities.
In the first implementation stage, an 8-storey apartment building will be built with a total of 83 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to large 4 + kk, including several duplex apartments. The start of sales is planned for the end of this year.
