We have started the construction of the Kolbenova park project
We have started construction of the new residential area Kolbenova park in Prague Vysočany. We have selected Metrostav, Division 3, as the construction contractor and earthworks are already underway on the project.
The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2024. To date, almost a quarter of the 130 apartments currently on offer have been sold.
The first phase of the Kolbenova Park project offers 245 apartments in a four to seven-storey building with a quiet semi-private courtyard facing the park. In the common areas of the building, the residents of the apartments can use a pram and bike room with washing facilities for bikes and dogs. Facing Kolbenova Street, the building offers a commercial ground floor with services, a café and other shops.
When completed, Kolbenova Park, whose architectural design is by ABM architects, will offer approximately 1,000 modern apartments with well thought-out layouts from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, mostly with terraces, balconies or green terraces.
