Realization of the Malkovského Residence project continues according to schedule

Construction work on the Reidence Malkovského project is proceeding according to plan. Currently we have finished the pile foundation of the building and the last soil removal from the construction pit in the part under the underground garages is underway. In the section under the future building, the base concrete is already finished and work on the foundation slab has begun.

The residential building in Prague Letňany offers a total of 56 flats with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk. Completion of the building is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. The last 11 flats remain in the offer.
