Kolbenova park won the award in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2022 competition

In the prestigious competition Real Estate Project of the Year in the Prague 9 region, the Kolbenova park project won the public award. It is the largest competition in the field of real estate development projects and has been held annually since 2010 under the auspices of Conventia s.r.o.

The results of this year's edition were announced on 26 January 2023 at the Buddha bar hotel in Prague.

Kolbenova park is a new residential area with its own park right next to the Vysočanská metro station, designed by the architectural firm ABM architekti s.r.o. We are very pleased with the success of the project and thank everyone who supported our project.
