Construction of the project Residence Malkovského goes into the final stage
The project of construction of the new residential building Rezidence Malkovského in Prague Letňany has reached a significant milestone, namely the highest point of the construction, the so-called glajcha.
At this point, the building's rough construction has been completed, which means that all the basic structures and load-bearing elements are now in place. The expected date of approval is the last quarter of this year. Apartment owners can move into their new homes from January 2024.
"The building is currently entering the final phase of construction. Windows are being installed, sealing the building's exterior envelope and providing protection from the weather. Currently, with this, continuous work is being carried out on the internal parts of the building, completing all the internal installations so that we can offer our clients the most comfortable living within a few months. We are pleased that construction is proceeding according to schedule and so far we have not experienced any major complications that could cause delays," says Petr Lubomír, project manager from CPI Property Group.
Final work has also begun on the facade and roof cladding structures. These elements are crucial to the aesthetic appearance of the building as well as its energy efficiency and long-term durability.
The Malkovsky Residence is designed with low energy consumption in mind and achieves category B, making it a very energy efficient building. This brings significant environmental benefits and also reduces energy costs for future occupants.
Currently, the last 10 available units are on sale with various layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk. Those interested in buying a property in an area with excellent transport accessibility and amenities still have the opportunity to choose an apartment according to their needs and wishes.
