Construction of the malkovského residence project has started. Over 70% of the apartments have already been sold

The construction of the Malkovského Residence project has started in Prague Letňany. To date, almost three quarters of the apartments have been sold. Construction is progressing according to the planned schedule.

Currently, the demolition of the original two buildings has been completed, and in the coming days, earthwork and excavation work will begin. This thirteen-storey modern building has a total of 56 apartments with layouts from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. The project is located in an area with comprehensive amenities and opportunities for relaxation and active leisure. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.
