About the project
The prepared residential project named Zahraďák 17 is located on the border of Prague 10 and 15 on the site of the former Praga factory and is a place with exceptional potential for transformation into a full-fledged urban district.
In the first stage, we are preparing 3 apartment buildings that will offer quality housing in a total of 281 apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to large 4+kk apartments, including several duplex apartments.

The nearest tram station is more or less in front of the apartment houses while the nearest metro station, Skalka, is a mere 1.5 km away, reachable within minutes.
