About the project

The prepared residential project named Zahraďák 17 is located on the border of Prague 10 and 15 on the site of the former Praga factory and is a place with exceptional potential for transformation into a full-fledged urban district.

In the first stage, we are preparing 3 apartment buildings that will offer quality housing in a total of 281 apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to large 4+kk apartments, including several duplex apartments.

Commuting to and from the city in minutes

The nearest tram station is more or less in front of the apartment houses while the nearest metro station, Skalka, is a mere 1.5 km away, reachable within minutes. Ramps on and off the inner city ring road are virtually within sight. Also nearby are train stations Hostivař and Zahradní Město, a new station.
