About the project
The QUADRIO residence is located in the centre of Prague, on the border of the Old and New Town, between Spálená and Vladislavova streets. It has given rise to luxury apartments with a total area of 44 to 165 m2.
A luxury version are then duplex or multi-storey apartments, which on the top floors are dominated by roof terraces with panoramic views of the historical monuments of Prague. The author of the residence and interiors is the renowned Cigler Marani Architects studio.
